The sixth movie in the Final Destination franchise, currently titled Bloodlines, is set to reach cinemas on May 16th 2025. Seems like we have been waiting forever for a new instalment, but judging from the trailer below that wait has been well worth it. My only concern is the use of Bloodlines, which generally is assigned to movies made only for a Studio to retain rights to a franchise. Ironically we have a new review series, which at this stage comprises three movies, that looks at this Studio ploy.

Anyways looks like we might be getting some explanations, and for sure the movie is going to kick off with one hell of a bang, a requirement for anything in the franchise. Even more exciting, the sixth movie see's the return of fan favourite Tony Todd.

Bloodlines synopsis reads as, "Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all." I'm there opening weekend, who else will be hitting their local multiplex on or about the 16th of May?
