The whole Hell House thing has been causing nightmares since the release of the first movie back in 2015. We currently have four movies in the franchise Hell House LLC, Hell House LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel, Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire, and Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor. During the course of the franchise Stephen Cognetti has written and directed each movie, ensuring continuity, and the scares coming hard and fast. He has stated that what he wants to do is secure higher budgets and move away from the found footage style that has been the mainstay of all things Hell House. Well we are getting a fifth movie in August titled Hell House LLC: Lineage, and for the first time in the franchise Stephen Cognetti is moving away from found footage, take from that what you want, good or bad thing?

Okay just so we are rocking the correct details here, Iconic Events is giving the new movie a theatrical release on August 20th, for a small run, in North America. Following in September Hell House LLC: Lineage is going to drop on the Shudder platform. I would image a disc release will then follow, or maybe another box set with the entire franchise and numerous extras. In anticipation a full trailer had dropped, and I am excited by the whole thing, looks like Stephen Cognetti has done it again.
